Community Service Reporting
Community Service Reporting must be completed on district approved forms that are available in the Harrison Office. Before beginning community service hours, students must fill out a Community Service Plan and have it approved. After this has been approved, students will log their hours on the provided log. When a log sheet is full, make a copy of it for your records and turn in the original to the office. It is the student's responsibility to maintain copies of their log sheet in case of discrepancies - copies will not be made in the office.
